Long before the Twilight craze, Buffy the Vampire Slayer was the shit. We were all glued to our televisions as we watched Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy Summers, kicking vampire ass.
2018 marked 21 years since the show debuted and 15 years since the final episode, and in July it was reported that a reboot is in the works. Nostalgia is strong for 90s and early 2000s television shows – none more so than Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
The number of Buffy inspired tattoos on Instagram has increased considerably over the past two years, to around 1300 (across various hashtags).
