Top 15 ‘Lady and the Tramp’ Tattoos – Littered With Garbage

Lady and the Tramp was Disney’s 15th animated film and was released over 60 years ago in 1955. The film was based on “Happy Dan, the Cynical Dog” by Ward Greene, a story published in Cosmopolitan magazine a decade earlier.

The basis of Lady and the Tramp is a love story where opposites attract, but with dogs. Lady, an American Cocker Spaniel meets and falls for Tramp, a stray street dog.

Panned by some film critics at the time, so too was its sequel Lady and the Tramp II: Scramp’s Adventure (2001). The story was revived and got the live-action film treatment in 2019. Which do you prefer: the animated original or the live-action version?

Even if you’ve never seen the animated film, you’re likely familiar with the scene where Lady and Tramp share a plate of spaghetti, eat the same strand and share a kiss. The scene is so iconic that it’s the basis of many of the tattoos we have to share with you.

Your Lady and the Tramp tattoo doesn’t even have to include either Lady or Tramp if you prefer. You could choose one of the other dog breeds featured, one of the animals they visit at the zoo, or Si and Am the Siamese cats.

Unlike the opinions of the critics, we give these tattoos 5/5 stars. Yours will be a big flop if you copy these designs, but we’ll give you a standing ovation if you give your artist creative freedom and get yourself a custom Lady and the Tramp piece.
