National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation Tattoo Inspiration – Littered With Garbage

It’s that time of the year again to get all snuggly or chill out (depending where in the world you are) and dust off the old Christmas movie collection. We’ve covered Home Alone, Die Hard, Gremlins and a handful of other festive films but there’s one we’ve yet to feature: National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.

Released in 1989, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation was written by the legendary John Hughes and based on his short story “Christmas ’59“. As the film celebrates it’s 30th anniversary it also marks ten years since Hughes suddenly passed away.

It’s one of those Christmas films that often gets forgotten, but for those people with these tattoos, the film is always on their mind and bodies!
