With so much spare time on our hands, given the lock-down, we’ve spent a fair chunk of it re-watching all of Dead Meat’s Kill Count series on YouTube.
If you’re not already subscribed to Dead Meat, you may still be familiar with the name from our past post where we shared ten tattoos of obscure horror films, all of which had been featured on the Kill Count.
We love horror movies but it’s all little too early to get started on our Halloween content, so today we’re attempting to find a tattoo for each and every Kill Count episode that Dead Meat has produced.
We’re going in chronological order and kicking things off with Friday the 13th.
Friday the 13th
Pamela Voorhees, not Jason, was the original killer in this cult classic. Our research failed to find a decent tattoo of Pamela, so this one of her mummified head shall have to suffice.
Scream 1 – 4
The original film is so beloved that the vast majority of tattoos are based on that or the Ghostface mask.

The following tattoos aren’t related to any specific A Nightmare on Elm Street film, but perhaps these and the ones above can serve as inspiration for your own Freddy Krueger or NOES tattoo.

My Bloody Valentine
This was another film with fan tattoos which were not up to our standard. The tattoo below is so far removed from the film itself so we’ll justify it by saying that it is a bloody, killer, love heart tattoo.
There you have it – 51 tattoos of which 43 directly relate to the first 52 Kill Count episodes from Dead Meat. As you can see, there are plenty of talented tattoo artists out there who absolutely kill it when it comes horror tattoos.
We worked out that we’ve seen 42 out of the 52 movies. Leave your number in the comments section below.
For the mean time, we suggest going to watch all these Kill Count episodes and give us a follow on Instagram so you’ll be notified once Part 2 is ready!
